Microsoft announced today on October 31, 2014 that they are still working on Windows 8.1 Phone update for Lumia 521 on T-Mobile and it will be out in a matter of weeks!
This is good news and music to my ears!
Can't wait to update on Windows phone!

As an owner of the Windows 8 Phone, i want to share the news if you guys haven't heard about it already:
Microsoft stated that Windows 8 Phone will receive the Windows 8.1 update around the first 2 weeks of July 2014.
As an owner of the Nokia Windows 8 phone this is good news. It will have lots of bug fixes and add some improvements and stability to the smart phone.
When it comes out I will keep you guys posted and maybe a detailed list of improvements for the phone.
It is a free update for Windows 8 phone owners.
